As Needed Maintenance
The following are instructions for service tasks that need to be accomplished on an as needed basis. These service tasks are integral to the proper functioning of this system and should be accomplished as described in the service manual.
BoA Camera Calibration
No calibration is currently needed.
EoA Tool Calibration
The EoA Tool should be calibrated when:
-
A collision has occurred.
-
A collision is suspected.
-
Any of the sensors on the tool have been adjusted or replaced.
-
The gripper has been adjusted or replaced.
-
• The EoA bracket has been adjusted or replaced.
Steps for this maintenance can be found in Section 6.4.2 EoA Calibration Tool.
Monitor Data System for Out-of-Range Parameters
Monitoring the data systems will allow early detection of issues in the RoboSwap system and will help to minimize system downtime.
Charge Sleeve Brush Temperatures
Any sleeve consistently reaching greater than 70C during a charge is “above normal” and should be scheduled for a cleaning service.
Charge system brush temperatures will limit to 80C by reducing the charge current which may cause charge times to increase for that charge location.
Onsite Spare Parts
This section provides an overview of the critical spare parts for the PowerHive system. It is essential to keep these parts on hand to ensure quick and efficient maintenance and replacement when necessary.
