6-Month Maintenance
The following are instructions for service tasks that need to be accomplished every six months. The service tasks are integral to the proper functioning of this system and should be accomplished as described in the service manual.
Charger Air Filter Cleaning
The charger air filter may need to be cleaned more frequently than every six months in dusty or dirty environments.
Cleaning the Charger Air Filter
The rack doors must be opened to access the front face of the chargers where the air filters are secured. Follow the steps below for cleaning the air filter:
*Note: the upper Phillips head screw is in a tight area, so a short screwdriver is required to service in the rack.
LV Panel Air Filter Cleaning
The low voltage panel air filter may need to be cleaned more frequently than every six months in dusty or dirty environments.
Cleaning the LV Panel Air Filter

Locate the access panel on the left side of the low voltage (LV) panel as shown in the image below.

Remove the three (3) M6 Torx screws holding the panel in position.

Removing this closeout panel will provide access to the inlet air filter cover of the LV panel.

The filter can be accessed using a flathead screwdriver and prying open the latch at the top of the cover. This will allow the cover to pivot down and the filter to be removed.

Blow the filter out with air or replace it if necessary.
