3.1 System Labels

IMPORTANT: Before performing any inspection or preventive maintenance ensure that area is clear, a lockout – tagout process is implemented, and only authorized personnel access inside the system.

Label Image	Meaning & Location
	Moving parts can crush or cut. Located inside the rack on cross members.
	Electrical Hazard and Authorized personnel only. Located on rack doors.
	No pedestrians in system area. Located on main hall entrance.
	Do not enter / Wrong way. Located on main hall exit.
	Do not Enter. This sign is located on the robot area floor.
	Pedestrian traffic only. This sign is for operator walkway during walking to main control system. Located on hallway floor.
	Forklift Traffic. Located on Hallway floor.
	Process steps for operator when approaching system. Located on hallway.
	Enter Here. This sign is for operator to understand how to enter with the forklift in hallway.

3.2 Cradle Labels

Label Image	Meaning & Location
	Battery Swapping Side. This refers to the side where the battery comes in and out. This side needs to be towards the system when forklift approach.
	Safe Lifting Area. This label shows the area where the cradle can be lifted. If casting is attached the cradle needs to be lift from casting.
	Do NOT Lift Area. This label shows the area where the cradle should NOT be lifted. Located at the ends of the cradle.
