| Battery wedged into truck while lifting | Ensure leveling handle is engaged (pulled<br>out) while raising/lowering battery into truck<br>cradles |

| Cart will not release from battery after<br>lowering. | Ensure leveling handle is disengaged (pushed<br>in - vertical) |
| Attempt a cycle of the leveling handle (pull<br>out to engage, then push back in to<br>disengage) | |
| Rock the entire pin plate assembly up and<br>down while holding the “down” button on<br>the cart. SeeFigure 14. | |
