Manual Cart Operation
To Place Battery into Rack:
- 1) Slowly maneuver the cart into the robot area and around the base plate. Line up the cart with an open battery bay, sliding the battery on the manual cart shaft as necessary using the provided handle.
To Pick a Battery from the Rack
- 1) Move cart into position in front of battery ensuring pin adapter lands just below battery pin (See Figure 7).
To Place Battery into Forklift:
- 1) Slowly maneuver the cart over to the side of the forklift. Line up the cart with the cradle battery opening, sliding the battery along the manual cart shaft as necessary using the provided handles.
To Charge Manual Cart
- 1) The cart is equipped with integrated charger. The battery charge cable is housed on top of the controls area as shown in Figure 2.
