Responsibilities

  • Authorized Personnel : Only trained and authorized personnel are allowed to perform LOTO procedures.

  • Supervisors : Ensure all personnel are trained in LOTO procedures and that the procedures are followed.

  • Employees : Follow all LOTO procedures and report any deviations or unsafe conditions.
